LIVE LIFE UNPLUGGED
Have you ever tracked how much time you spend on electronic devices daily? How much time do you spend looking at a computer screen, phone, television, tablet, etc.? How much time do your family members spend on all these gadgets that are supposed to make our lives easier but often bring us more stress? For much of this past July, I decided to unplug from the digital world for a while. It wasn't something I planned, it wasn't based on stress or anything particularly negative - I just felt this urge to take a break. As a social media influencer, I've learned that occasionally it's ok to take a step back from the digital world. I would also encourage all of you to take a break and "unplug" from time to time. You don't have to wait until vacation or until you feel overwhelmed to take a step back. Sometimes, it's good to unplug just because you can. Don't feel guilty about it - trust me, you're probably not missing anything. Take time to focus on yourself and the natural beauty of life itself. You won't be disappointed!
